NEET MDS 2026 was conducted on May 2, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM. This examination featured 240 multiple-choice questions with a marking scheme of +4 points for each correct answer and -1 point for incorrect responses.

In contrast, nearly 23 lakh candidates registered for the NEET-UG 2026 examination, which took place on a Sunday across 551 cities in India and 14 international locations.
