The most affordable house is priced at over ₹29 lakh, while the costliest apartment reaches up to ₹6.82 crore.
The application process includes a requirement for an online earnest money deposit (EMD), which must be submitted by April 30, 2026. Following this, a provisional list of applications will be published on May 5, 2026, with the final list of accepted applications set to be released by May 12, 2026. The lottery draw results will be announced on May 15, 2026.
Historically, the MHADA lottery has been a crucial initiative for providing affordable housing in Mumbai.
