How it unfolded
On March 20, 2026, a group of eleven IAS Officer Trainees from the 2025 batch arrived at the ICAR–Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR–CCARI) in Goa. This visit was part of their winter study tour, aimed at providing them with practical insights into the agricultural sector.
