Dhurandhar 2 Trailer Sparks Massive Advance Ticket Sales
The trailer for Dhurandhar 2, featuring Ranveer Singh, has generated significant buzz, leading to remarkable advance ticket sales. Within just 24 hours of opening, the film sold more than 1.4 lakh tickets, showcasing a strong demand among audiences.
As of now, Dhurandhar 2 has grossed ₹8.83 crore from the sale of 1,42,748 tickets across 6,684 shows nationwide. The Hindi (2D) version alone has earned ₹8.69 crore from 1,35,998 tickets, with an average ticket price of ₹434.
The film, officially titled Dhurandhar: The Revenge, is set for a worldwide release on March 19, 2026. Prior to this, paid preview shows will take place on March 18, 2026, allowing fans an early glimpse of the much-anticipated sequel.
In addition to the Hindi version, Dhurandhar 2 will have a pan-India rollout in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The Tamil (2D) version has already grossed ₹6.18 lakh from 4,258 tickets, while the Telugu (2D) version has brought in ₹5.98 lakh from 2,276 tickets.
The Malayalam (2D) version collected ₹42,419 from 136 tickets, and the Kannada (2D) version has grossed ₹28,100 from 80 tickets. These figures highlight the film’s broad appeal across different linguistic demographics.
Film critic Taran Adarsh remarked, “Dhurandhar 2 advance bookings go on a rampage… selling a staggering 7.5k tickets per hour,” further emphasizing the film’s popularity.
Dhurandhar 2 is the second installment of a two-part film written and directed by Aditya Dhar. The anticipation surrounding the film is palpable, with fans eager to see how the story unfolds.
