Under the hood, the Verna is powered by a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine producing 115 hp and 144 Nm of torque, alongside a more powerful 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 160 hp and 253 Nm of torque.
Safety has been a key focus in the new Verna, which includes a Level-2 ADAS suite and seven airbags, ensuring a higher standard of protection for occupants. The interior features modern amenities such as dual 10.25-inch screens and a new D-cut steering wheel, providing a contemporary driving experience.
Additional features include a powered tailgate and a built-in dashcam, reflecting Hyundai’s commitment to integrating advanced technology into their vehicles. Deliveries for the new Verna are expected to start by the end of the month, generating anticipation among potential buyers.
